On Saturday 17th June we held our first Classic Car Meet with a bar and live band, at the Old School. The large field was a perfect space to display an amazing range of rare and interesting vehicles dating from across many decades. They are all lovingly cared for by dedicated owners who showed them off in splendid condition. There was a fantastic turnout: owners, enthusiasts and families enjoying a beautiful, friendly day out in the warm June weather. Mick and Lynne of "The Chain Gang Duo" provided the live music, all your favourite hits from the 60s, 70s and 80s. Refreshments were served at the cafe where drinks and delicious food could be enjoyed indoors or at outside tables whilst listening to the music. Children (and adults) could also have fun playing a variety of home-made target games. Scroll through the pictures to see all the wonderful vehicles.
