A Warm Welcome

Every other Monday throughout winter Soloby Events Committee put on a “Warm Welcome”. 

Everyone is welcome to come along, regardless of where they live, to enjoy a warm space, lovely food and great company.  The old school (Little Village Tea Shop) is a beautiful historic setting for the event where people can meet friends, chat, play games, do crafts or just enjoy the cosy sociable atmosphere.  Lovely home-made soup, and bread rolls are served to the guests for FREE, made by local volunteers such as Lesley Dover whose time, and talents as an excellent cook are greatly appreciated.

Free Tea, coffee, biscuits and cake also available.  The sessions run from 12 noon until 3pm. Guests are welcome to stay as long as they like. 

The last one of the 2024/25 season was on 24^th March.  They will be starting back again in November 2025.
