Our Story

The old village primary school closed down in 2016 after 165 years, due to low pupil numbers. It is now being renovated for use as a cafe and community hub to host events.   A small committee of volunteers help organise activities for the village to enjoy.  We aim to help bring the community together and enrich rural life.
