Home-made scarecrows will begin appearing around the village on Monday 1st September 2025
Come along to the FUN DAY and Prize-giving on Saturday 6th September at Marshlands Community Hall, 1-4pm
Prizes given for:
Funniest Scarecrow
Most original
1st, 2nd and 3rd made by under 16
1st, 2nd and 3rd made by over 16
and
Overall Winner
Lots of Fun and Entertainment:
Craft Stalls, Kids' Events, Biggest Sunflower Competition, Produce Show, Classic Cars,
Live Music performed by Three-Steps To-Heaven with all your favourite Rock and Roll from the 50s, 60s and 70s
Bouncy Castle, Food, Craft Stalls, Classic Cars, Games, Raffle, Tombola, Refreshments, Bar,

The money made from the 2024 scarecrow funday was split equally between Lindsey Age UK and The Saltfleetby Play Park Fund who both received £155.00.

Scarecrow Winner's Liz's Memorial Trophy. Awarded each year to the overall winner, as well as prizes for each category, and a gift for everyone that takes part.
