A big THANK YOU to everyone who made a scarecrow for the 2023 event and took part in the FunDay. We had a great festival, with a lot of hard work going into making it a success. The Winning Scarecrows (as voted for at the FunDay):
Best one made by an Adult: 1st Fireman, 2nd Beatrix Potter animals, 3rd Lets Play Catch.
Best made by a Child: 1st Jaws, 2nd Builders on the roof, 3rd Toy Story
Funniest Scarecrow and Most Original Idea: both won by "Jaws"
This year's Fun Day is on Saturday 7th September 2024

If you live in Saltfleetby and would like to make a scarecrow for the 2024 event, please register, so we know if it’s made by an adult or child (under 16) for judging. Leave your scarecrow outside your house or safely on the verge on Monday 2nd Sept and we'll photograph it on Friday 6th Sept for display at the fun day.
